The White + Holiday 1-2 combo might be my favorite backcourt of all time.  No joke.

Multiple TPs for that. They are blue collar, team-oriented guys who just get out there and do that. Total Boston guys.

Great minds think alike.

There's a lot to nitpick in the coming few days, but to me the biggest thing was our defense was fantastic. Doncic got his but he had to absolutely work for it and looked gassed early in the 4th. Kyrie shot poorly. Nothing came easy for Dallas. Our guys were hounding them. That Pritchard and White sequence to get the steal on Doncic was fantastic. The blocks were good too. Porzingis' presence is a factor. Jaylen was sort of floating around in the paint and made an impact as well. Good stuff.
Only 42pts on 45 shots combined for Luka and Kyrie.  They really need 60pts+ each game for the Mavs to be competitive.

Now more waiting….why Sunday?!?!

Might be good to give this team an extra day to think about their game 2 meltdowns this season after big game 1 wins.

I don't know if that makes sense, may mean nothing. Of course, this group rarely learns from their failures anyway.

If Boston defends like this then this will be a short series.

Yeah Kyrie struggled and Doncic had hardly any assists because of the Celtic defense. Not sure why it’s not getting enough credit from Shaq or the commentators.

It’s not like the mavs scored 89 in a bubble. Boston made them play 1 v 1 basketball. You could see kyrie getting frustrated out there being hounded by jrue and white.

Well it's because all the media had their heads up their butts telling us how Luka and Kyrie is the greatest scoring backcourt in NBA history and the league has never seen anything like them. Hard for them to go back on it, they will dig in to excuses

Shaq absolutely hates Boston

He’s downplaying this win.

He’s become so unlikable

His injury in 2011 disappointed me. He probably did not enjoy his time with Boston that year.

Gosh these ABC7 LA sports news postgame folks are like "The In-Season Championship that the Lakers won, does that count as an 18th banner?" and then another said "well yes we can count that too since it's a championship"  ::)

Loved seeing Hauser find his shot

He can be a weapon off the bench if he can even hit just a few a game when he comes in.

PJ Washington in his press conference: "I don't really think offense was our problem tonight"

It's like dude, you guys scored 89 points. You may not be worried about the offense, but you should be worried about the Celtics defense.

Even before the last few minutes when Kidd took Kyrie and Luka out, did anyone notice the wild flailing strategy Kidd had?

He tried every different combination of player in different locations: Jones Jr. at center, Kleiber, Hardaway, Green.

At moments in the third quarter, I thought they did a great job defending the rim against us. But during that run where they had a lot of stops and cut it to 8, it was because they Cs were missing a lot of good looks from 3.

I honestly thought that there wasn't a lot that Kidd could take and turn into a successful gameplan next game.

And I thought he coached desperately looking for options.

If they think this then they are in real trouble.

Don’t think they can guard Boston. Gafford is almost unplayable for them

Dallas strategy vs KP will be getting physical with him. Saw it in the second half with lively just gooning it up
