Pacers coming off an emotional high of Game 7 win vs the Knicks, then having Game 1 win stolen out of their hands in the final seconds, been on the road for several days now.

Versus a well rested C"s team, who just knocked off their rust, with a slighted Jaylen Brown going against the man who finished ahead of him for All-NBA.

If the C's don't win by at least 20 I'm going to be disappointed.

Surprised? Or actually disappointed?  That seems unreasonable.  Just play solid and get a win.  Doesn’t matter if it’s a blowout.
Yup

I really hope that the Cs treat game 1 as a loss and come out like they usually do in game 3s. Game 1 should have gotten their full attention.

There is no reason the Cs should not come out and roll tonight.

I Hope Joe gives a little burn to Oshae Brissett and Q... Throw a little curve The Pacer's way.

I agree. I don’t think it’s a good idea to play Al 40 mins a game.

Just win before OT and it will be 35, which is fine.

Also, the Pacers would feast on Q if he played.  Talented, but still in the wrong place a ton on defense, and you can’t do that vs. Indiana.  Brissett would be fine, but Luke was still in the positive on plus-minus Tuesday.

I kept thinking of him last game.  I don’t know whether he would actually step up in the playoffs or not because we haven’t seen him, but guys like him are definitely nice to have for a long playoff run when the team needs some energy (and a smaller defender).
Yup

I don't see this as "must win".  I look at it more as "must at least play well".  More pressure on IND.

As to rotations, sounds like we probably won't have Tillman so the question is if you try to mix in Brissett or Queta.  I know people are howling for this but I really don't think they will do any better than Kornet unfortunately, and probably will be worse.  Seeing some of Brissett is probably more likely than seeing Queta.

IND is good.  Showed me more in Game 1 than I thought they would.  It is the reverse of what it was the year we lost to GSW in the finals.  They are the scrappy young team with limited playoff experience and we are the experienced team.

We would be in big trouble if we did not have Horford.  He is our only effective big right now.  You see what happens to the team when he is out and Kornet is in.  Luke held his own vs. CLE but it will be tougher for him vs. IND.

win this game and we exorcise even more demons.

that will put all the pressure back on indy. they will be forced to win both at home and hold serve or

they are done like dinner if we get a split there which i expect. celts go up 3-1 indy is not winning 3 straight against us.

I’m hoping Tillman is back. Seems like he would be a much better match up against this team. Pretty much the reason they traded for him

Seems a team never has enough bigs , they drop like flies.

Going into battle with out our best big in playoff just sucks so bad.

I'm all for trying Tillman and Brissett if Kornet and Hauser continue to struggle.

I agree , taking this game is very important , losing lets the momentum swing back to Pacers heading to their court . We want to avoid that .

Yeah, he should be playing 20-25 minutes a game....

Would be nice is the C's can win this game comfortably. If its close or the C's LOSE then national media will be insufferable, talking about how "They were almost down 0-2 to the Pacers. The PACERS! Tatum is a fraud, Brown is overrated, they should have kept Ime...."

Let's GO Celts!! I have to think that Haliburton and Turner have to cool down some. I think we should pay more attention to detail. How about a blowout tinjght? That would be sweet.
