I’m not watching yet. Is Tillman there?   If so, he’s got to get minutes.

Game 1 Performances:

Tatum: 36 pts on 12/26 fgs, 12 rebs, 4 asts, 3 stls, 4 TOs, + 20 and a W - is being roundly criticized for his performance.

Doncic: 33 pts on 12/26 fgs, 6 rebs, 8 asts, 3 stls, 4 TOs, -9 and a W - is being roundly praised for his performance.

Edwards: 19 pts on 6/16 fgs, 11 rebs, 8 asts, 2 stl, 3 TOs, -1 and  L - is having excuses made for his performance.

Make it make sense. Tatum clearly wasn't perfect and didn't play super well in the fourth, but he dominated in OT and won it for the C's. It's just non-sense the standard this guy is held to compared to everyone else.

Miles Turner isn't going to shoot as well as he did in game 1.  I think.  Hopefully he has an off night.

It doesn't make sense. There's a real media bias against Tatum these days and I'm not sure where the hate comes from. He's a scandal-free guy who just plays basketball and hangs with his kid. I don't get it.

My guess is that Pacers are going to do more of the same.  Iso Horford and attack him.  If there's a perimeter shot they'll surrender, it's going to be the Horford 3.

Need big Al to have a steady game.

For all the consternation over Luke's play in the chat last game, he ended the game +2. Pritchard was -15.

I don't blame Pritchard too much, though. I think Joe needs to stop playing Pritchard, White, and Jrue all together. That's when the team gets into trouble defensively. Hopefully we see some more Tillman tonight and if Hauser isn't making a difference on offense, he's useless so let's give Brissett a shot with some of those minutes.

They do seem to like Jrue Holiday.

And here comes the nerves

Not that this helps, but imagine the nerves if they hadn’t won G1. Still high anxiety but would be worse.

Go Celtics!!

Come on, Al. You have to contribute one way or the other. Either hit the open shot or don't let them iso you to death.

Tatum had a path to the rim and he passes it out for a Horford 3. Smh

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I like JB attacking Nesmith. Nesmith's energy is huge for the Pacers' defense. He eventually fouled out in game 1 but if they can get him in foul trouble early, Indy doesn't have a lot of options for Tatum and Brown.
