I hope that 2nd quarter was Indy’s best. Need to come out in the 3rd just like the 1st.

Indy’s best will be when they’re at home games 3 and 4…we should be more concerned about whether or not quarter 1 was our best

I think if we lose Game 1, we're more likely to be down 3-1 by the end of Game 4 lol. We probably win Game 3 or Game 4

We gave that scrub Turner 18 points and 4 assists in the half, almost all of which came off poor Kornet defense.

I don't understand how Joe can just consistently make the wrong rotation decision with Kornet. They're a terrible rebounding team, and they're going to beat us from the perimeter, not inside. Go small when Al is not in the game. That is the obvious choice with no X available, man, not that you'd play him anyways. It isn't rocket science.

Turners a scrub? Could’ve fooled me…plays like a hall of famer every game against the Celtics

The halftime crew is right about this, too - why are we playing their game? Yes, we can play fast, too, but we can play slower where Indy can't. So why even gamble with playing their game? You would've thought that would've been an emphasis from the get-go, but you can't take anything for granted with this group and coach.

Anyways there's just no excuse to lose tonight. C's had 5 full days of rest since last Wed. Pacers coming off of a Game 7 win at New York on Sunday.

Huh. Tie game at half. Strange.

Boston has completely outclassed Indiana. It is clear these are two teams on completely different levels to one another. Indy cannot hang with the Celtics. Yet, it is tied.

That's what many of us have been saying all season, we have the talent advantage over everybody.
But we play below our talent level because our two stars are dumb and our coach is even dumber, the three stooges.

Joe has JB and Al rotting on the bench while Indy goes on a crazy run to end the half. Call a timeout and get them in doofus. He’s awful man you knew he was bound to get outcoached and Carlisle is killing him already

We'll see what this team is made of, but I've seen this same thing over and over. They'll come out slow in the 3rd, fall behind 10+, spend most of the 2nd half just trailing but never coming back, and then it's another bad home loss with a ton of questions and deserved criticism until the next game. Never easy.

This theory means nothing…could also go with the Celtics are rusty and the pacers are running on a high adrenaline from winning game 7 in Madison square garden

When is this defense going to lock in?? Kornett is lost out there trying to help on defense, if our guards get beat off the dribble that's on them he should not be helping off of Turner
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

Joe is thinking they were in a game 7 run and tire them out. Good game plan when they are all young and we have a 40 year old start and a backup that plays with cement in his shoes

Except the Celtics came out razor sharp, not rusty and then relaxed and started playing bad basketball AGAIN.

We'll see what our bonehead coach does in the 2nd half.  Kornet should not have gotten 9 minutes.  Our defense was getting carved up with him on the floor.
