We need him again

The bat signal reference reminded me of Grant Williams who was key to the Mavs trade for PJ Washington. Without that trade and the one for Gafford Dallas might not have seen the second round.  Will be interesting to see if the guy they got for Grant makes a difference in this series.

Mazzulla's a weirdo but he doesn't lie. His usual answer when there is an injury is "I don't know." For him to say Porzingis is fine, zero concern with no hesitation is pretty convincing.

Porzingis also gave a promising update when he held court with reporters after the win

"I feel good. Feeling good. I don't think it's anything serious," he said. "But we'll look at it tomorrow and go from there. But all good. I'll be good."

It's not about lying, it's about a coaches in general who almost always don't know all that is going on health wise particularly right after a game and particularly without any tests.

Idk about you, but I just saw the injury close up and seems like it's on his right foot. Same leg as his calf strain that sidelined him for 38 days.
