I feel like Queta's ineffective minutes forced us into this small lineup with KP on the bench, but I'm not a fan of it defensively.  Nobody on that unit is really capable of providing a small-ball paint presence on defense or the glass like, say, a PJ Tucker (of a few years ago) could.  Lethal at the other end though.

The second chance points are keeping the pacers in this game. Nothing else.

Well that BS shot is going to come back to haunt the Celtics

I concede that the game isn’t over yet. Indiana can certainly come back the way they can score but that comment is a bit melodramatic.

Lack of size is hurting us. Queta played well when he was in. Would like to see more of Brissett. He can at least get rebounds.

Celts did well coming out focused and playing with some energy.

Still too many bad shots, Pritchard jacking up a 3 with Porzingis wide open in the lane or Porzingis throwing the ball back out when he had the defender on his hip on the block and an easy power move to score or Tatum's gawd-awful step back from 30' that helped Indy erase 5 points off our lead in the last minute of the half.

But that was three more attempts from the 3-line for our stat total, so even though the shots missed badly, just taking them, according to Joe, will help us win.

Man, our defensive rebounding has been atrocious.

Which is why Brad needs to add some size by the trade deadline.

Not really. How many times do you see a shot like that end up factoring in down the stretch. Could really be impactful

no it won't.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This defensive rebounding is unacceptable. How many second chance points have we given up because we can't secure the board?
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

I like a lot of what KP brings this team but he's having a miserable defensive game today.  He's the crack in our defense that Indy continues to exploit.
