That's a clear offensive foul with him lowering his shoulder, and ref who called the charge had position there.

What is it with all the incompetent officiating recently?

Yeah, when he was drafted Avery Bradley had 0, until he was traded a week or so later.  That first summer league we called the J’s 7-11.

Can Tatum stop taking nothing but really difficult shots? Like, come on, man. Not every shot has to be Kobe-esque.
