Biggest problem with a top heavy team is that when 2 of your top 5 are out it puts a hole in the boat. Joe needs to play some of these deep bench guys or cut them. Was Queta not available for this game? He would've been a good match for this big physical team.

It’s a weird world when the Magic are actually fielding a decent team for the first time in forever.
Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time.

But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.

They went right after Luke time and time again when Orlando was on offense

Yeah, this is a case where the numbers don't tell the whole story. I recall that one of those blocks was when a Magic player tested him on a drive, but other than that Kornet was relentlessly targeted and he lost most of those battles. Either he would be lost in space or guys would just drive into his chest.

Luke is our third string center. I find it hard to blame him for this loss. Horford a -26 and Luke a -2...

After Porzingis went out Joe went with basically 6 guys. Miami will play any of their guys. Joe needs to learn how to use his bench. The Magic are deep and they all play hard. We have hustle guys on our bench that never play. Cut them and get some guys Joe will play. Who will want to come and play on a team that only goes 7 deep? Maybe we lose an extra game by playing the deep bench but those guys would get some reps and we are going to lose some games cause our guys are gassed so Joe should play more guys.

Yeah. Lamar Stevens was a starter for a playoff team. It's puzzling that he can't get any minutes at all. There are a lot of guys on the team who have contributed elsewhere.

I’ve never seen an opponent take the lead on a 17-0 run against the Celts without the Celts calling a timeout but that’s what makes the Joe Mazz experience so unique.

infuriating. we have an empty suit at the helm of this storied franchise.  >:( >:( >:(

Good ol' Joe strikes again. It's not like Boston's regulars have fared all that well against the Magic in recent years anyway, so might as well play some other guys.
