What are these refs seeing? Or is there a mandate to call offensive fouls against the Celtics?

They're just building a wall between our ball-handlers and the rim.  We're not passing or shooting well enough to punish them for it. 

This is really the first time all year that I've been disappointed with our effort.  Every 50/50 play is going their way because they're just playing harder.  And some of these silly whistles (and non-whistles) are compounding the issue.
