SAN FRANCISCO -- The NBA reinstated Draymond Green on Saturday from a suspension that lasted 12 games, and sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski that the Golden State Warriors forward is expected to need approximately a week of ramp-up before returning to game action.

"Green completed steps that demonstrated his commitment to conforming his conduct to standards expected of NBA players," the league said in a statement. "He has engaged in meetings with a counselor and has met jointly on multiple occasions with representatives of the NBA, the Warriors and the National Basketball Players Association, both of which will continue throughout the season."

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Man, could we get a Celtics win AND both a Philly and Bucks loss? We're looking like we might start running away with the East, particularly given the strength of schedule moving forward for each team.

That'd be nice, more opportunities for rest in the 2nd half if we already will have the 1 seed wrapped up

I want the 1 seed not because of HCA (because lets be real, they are 10-12 at home the last two postseasons combined with some pivotal losses too so it doesn't matter as much compared to health), but more so the matchups. 1 seed can play an easy first round, and probably avoid at least 3 of MIL/PHI/IND/MIA until the ECF. 2 seed might have a real tough path though facing ORL/NY/CLE, then the 3 seed, then ECF without HCA.

Gotta be careful what we wish for. Last year's #1 seed got bounced off in the first-round. I'd hate to draw Miami in round 1, it's like they were born to neutralize the C's. Nets can also be a tricky team to look out for.

Yeah, that's fair. I just don't really fear TOR/BKN/CHI. There's still a lot to determine because the 4-8 seeds in the East currently are literally all separated by just 0.5 games lol.

Giannis has 28/11 in the 3rd quarter and the Bucks are down 13 lol.

Lillard only has 9 points but also, it's the same story, Bucks defense is terrible. Rockets may put up nearly 130 on them.

Celtics win and both the Bucks and Philly lose to inferior teams. Now up four losses on Milwaukee and five losses on Philly.

Good night for the C’s. Bucks and 76ers both lose. Philly has lost 3 out of the last 4 games.

Milwaukee looks like they need to make a deadline deal. Giannis can’t carry this team alone. Dame has been disappointing so far.

Not sure there’s a move they can make that would help Dame play better defense.

If Dame isn’t shooting well he’s a net negative for them…they were better off with Holiday. But they needed the Dame signing to keep Giannis which was the bigger picture of thst signing. Which we benefited from because Jrue is a big upgrade from Smartacus for us…benefiting from their misfortune is just the icing on the cake   :police:

Kemba was two years younger when we made the same Dame-like mistake.

The clippers gamble with Harden was less risky because he's always been a great facilitator/passer.

Dame looks a lot more like the player of two years ago that seemed to be swiftly entering a decline than the one of last year that rebounded to star level.  He might be finding his way on a new team still, and he’s still very good, but he’s a downgrade from great, which was the price they paid for him.

I don’t want to face him in a one possession game in the playoffs, but it feels like if we can keep the first slot we’ll miss him until the conference finals, if we see him and the Bucks at all.  And, like the Sixers with Embiid, I’m curious what he’ll have left that deep into the postseason.

Vucevic is only getting to the line 1.8 FTAs a night versus 15 FGAs. That is terrible for any player nevermind a big seven footer with a quality post game. Ayton-esque.

Vuce is shooting 45% from the field. He is struggling from three at only 28% so his TS% is a terrible 51%.

Vuce is mostly an offense-only center so that is a terrible return for him. He needs to be better than that to make up for his bad D.
