Paul George was fouled on a 3-point attempt, nails all 3 FTs to send game to OT. Wow  :o

Clippers Big 3 not enough to overcome Lakers Big 3 in overtime...old man LeBron still got it with 35/12, AD 27/10 and D'Lo 27 points.

Can't sleep on the healthy Lakers.

Are u implying Westbrook is good enough to be part of a "Big-3?" He blows.

On a side note, I can't stomach LeBonds' overserious tough guy facial expressions. He is such a freaking buffoon. He is always acting for the camera. Kinda like Homelander in "the Boys." He tries SOOOOOO hard to be cool but it's a little sad.

Love the Homelander comparison.  Hopefully Lebron isn’t quite as twisted a superhero.

Interesting game, POR vs. DET.  DET had a big first half lead but POR came back to win.  POR has Ayton who got 16 pts and 11 rebs.  DET has Wiseman, who played 6 min, got 4 points, 2 rebs, and somehow managed to be -15.  Meanwhile, Williams (+10) and Brogdon (+17) are both contributing.

Brogdon is still coming off the bench with rookie Henderson starting.

Big minutes for Davis and LeBron.  LAL only played 8.  That isn't going to hold up.

LAC will be better when they have Harden in over Hyland.

Durability will be the issue for both teams.

Lakers not winning a title with James age & Davis not going stay healthy…take one of them out of lineup & they’re done
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

It's only 4 games, I know. But here's the points given up by MIL to their opponents

117, 127, 114, 130.

2 of the opponents were mediocre teams (Hawks, Raptors) and to them they gave up 127+

I still think their biggest issue is defense. Celtics can probably put up 140+ on them easily.

The Lakers have been uninspiring so far this season. The energy they had from guys like Rui, Reaves, Russell, and Vanderbilt has not carried over to the new season. Wood, Prince, and Vincent haven't picked up either.

I like those guys, but how long do we really think Lebron will be ok with this before he pushes the front office to make a trade?

Bucks look so unathletic and struggle to defend big time.

Heat the same.

I am not sure either team can beat Boston in s series.

In an OT game yesterday and with Prince out The Lakers only played 8 players.  No way Bron and AD can make it through a whole season playing those heavy minutes.  It's why I like the C's blowing teams out.  It limits minutes for our guys and the more blowouts they Win the more times our players will get to rest versus having to sit a game to do it.

The Bucks will get rolling like they normally do.  They started slow last year.  When you have Giannis and Dame your going to have an elite team.  I still think if the C's are healthy come playoff time they can beat anyone with the talent they have.

The Bucks suddenly look pretty old.  Remember that it wasn't so long ago that they got bounced by MIA in the playoffs.  Even before considering Lillard, Lopez and Middleton are getting worn out at this point in their careers so at best their defense is not what it used to be.  Beasley is not a defender and is not a good player to play alongside of Lillard.

They didn't bring in Lillard for his defense.  He is still a premier scorer and playmaker.  Giannis is still Giannis (at least I think he is but he has been dealing with injuries more lately).  I see the problem as far more Middleton, Lopez, and Beasley.

Small sample, but the Cs are #1 in points per game (127), #8 in opponents points per game(106.5), and #1 in average point differential (+20.5) +8 over the +12.2 (Clips).   On to Brooklyn for number 5 in a row.

Yeah some folks were/are misjudging just how old and unathletic that roster is. Half their rotation is 31+ now. Brook's identical twin, Robin, played just 300 minutes last year for Cleveland, and has played 6 minutes this year for MIL. He's basically done. Brook looks like he's not far behind.

Middleton has lost a step and it's increasingly looking like that might be permanent.

Lillard is soft and has always been a bad defender.  Add to that his age and mounting injuries over the years and i have even less faith in his D.

Beasley is a sub-par defender, and doesn't have much size.

Crowder is 4th on the team in minutes. He's a 33 year old journeyman.

Connaughton is in over his head.

Crazy Bobby Portis and Giannis are the only plus defenders in the 8-man rotation.

They are in trouble.
