Buffalo's schedule is really tough the rest of the way. I wouldn't be surprised if they miss the playoffs.
the AFC is so deep this year. It does mean though lots of teams have really tough schedules.  I mean the Bengals don't play a single team below .500 and Baltimore only had as Chargers and Rams as below .500. Indy might easily lose its next 4 games.  Pittsburgh has 5 road games left and their 2 easiest games are both at home (AZ, NE). They close with 3 of 4 on the road and the home game is the Bengals.

9-7 might be good enough, so it may come down to tiebreakers.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I actually wouldn't be surprised if we see an 8-9 team make it this season as a wild card team. In the last two years, there's always been a 9-8 team that's made it with the one exception being the Steelers in 2021 who were technically 9-7-1. But last year, there were scenarios for the Pats, Dolphins or Steelers to make it at 8-9 until ultimately MIA made it at 9-8

I keep forgetting about that extra game. I think it will be 10-7, maybe even 11-6.  There are a lot of really good teams in the AFC this year.

I think you get at least two from the AFC north,  AFC East champ, AFC West champ, AFC South champ.   That's 5 there.

2 slots left. I'm not sure you get a second West team in there.  That division's schedule is brutal.  BUF's remaining schedule is rough too.   Maybe you get a third North team and the South runner up.

Still a ways to go but that conference is brutal

Lamar Jackson is playing awesome. I wonder if Baltimore's defense/ John Harbaugh blows another great opportunity for them to win a ring.
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

He’s on pace for 17TD’s and 9Int’s. QBR is 61, which isn’t even in the top 10.  Awesome how?  ???

Watson apparently broke a bone in his throwing shoulder in the 1st quarter, making his 2nd half all the more impressive.  He is having season ending surgery though, which should effectively eliminate the Browns as a contender

Browns defense will still give them a puncher's chance.

That's a really solid D.

PJ Walker has a short shelf life. The more he plays the worse it will be.

I bet they wish they kept 3 QB's this year and still had Dobbs.  They'd be in much better shape had they done that.

Maybe it’s not broken, May just need a massage

I've heard it the other way i.e. he stopped getting massages and now can't stay healthy

Gave him big contract plus a 230 million guaranteed deal, also traded away picks for him..got to be one of the most lopsided deal ever so far
