Gonna go with another Celtics great. A 2x champion, 7x all-star, and 1976 finals MVP, this man was a huge playoffs performer. The LA Clippers select...

F: Chris Webber, Terry Cummings
C: Ralph Sampson, Jermaine O'Neal

I'd start TC at PF and Webber at C. Go smaller. Play with speed. Use Ralph against the 2nd unit centers who he can wipe the floor with. JO as the backup PF.

I was surprised by JO lasting until now. I thought he would be one of the top PFs in the draft because of his standout defensive & good offensive game. I was bit off by some of the weaknesses in his offensive game. I guess others were too.

I liked the idea of JO and Alonzo together on D. I was less keen on them as a duo next to KJ and King though. If I had better perimeter play / shooters, I would've done that - excitingly so. Probably in the 4th round. And been delighted JO lasted until the early 4th.

Great pickup for the 7th round.
I picked Jermaine O'Neal on behalf of theswitch's Toronto team. The team with Penny Hardaway

Ah okay. I would still start TC and C-Webb together.

So Toronto have Nance and JO off their bench as backup bigs. That is nasty. Great defensive combination.
I am tempted to start the Preacher and C-Webb. Get really skilled up front, bring Sampson off the bench as a 7'4" unicorn 6th man

I got Nance. See lineup below. Tough to follow at times for me too.

Useless trivia for 500 Alex

Michael Jordan played 37 career playoff series. He was the leading scorer in 36 of the 37 series. Who scored more than MJ in a playoff series?

Who is Terry Cummings Alex.

117 to 116 points scored in their 1985 Eastern Conference First Round series.

I'm taking maybe the best ball thief in the history of the NBA, and probably the only guy who gets drafted that has gone to prison for homicide.

Love Mookie (as you well know). Now I want to find someone else who has committed homicide though. He might be a naughty influence on Boogie with that behaviour ;)

Hate to do this but great talent at this juncture in the draft.

The Sacramento Kings select: "The Boston Strangler" Andrew Toney

Another one of those anti-binkies for me.  Dang Toney.

Toney might be my All-Time favourite SG.

Love that guy. Killer. Complete killer.

Unstoppable. Moncrief could do nothing with him. Toney would kick his butt year after year in the playoffs until injuries started to hit Toney. Michael Cooper couldn't do anything with Toney either. Does not matter who you put in front of him. He is going to kill you.

Too quick. Too strong. Too good of a shooter. Lethal first step. Excellent perimeter shooter. Excellent midrange shooter. Excellent off-ball player. And he would post guys up. He was only 6-3. He wasn't that big. He would take guys bigger than him down there and kick their butt because he was too physical and too quick for them.

One of the All-Time great scorers.

Shame injuries cut him down so early in his career.

Think we’re effectively done for the day with Kerns making his pick late night.

Majerle led Team USA 1988 in scoring. Not D-Robinson. Not Mitch Richmond.

Majerle did a nice job on Dream Team II in 1994 as well.
