What we want is Ayton or Turner or Porzingis or Lilliard

But I doubt any of those four are happening. Brad prob gonna make a small move (like bench player moves or a Blake Griffin-type move) and call it an offseason, like usual :(

Brad’s offseasons have so far not been “small moves”.  Although I don’t want any of those players you mention.
Agreed. Brad has definitely been active in the off-seasons. My issue is the lack of fully implementing the additions from the coaching

Former Celtics guard Phil Pressey is joining coach Joe Mazzulla’s staff, a league source told the Globe on Monday. Pressey, 32, played for the Celtics from 2013-15. He then had brief stints with the 76ers and Suns before spending several years playing overseas. – via Boston Globe

Last season Pressey worked as an assistant at Missouri, his alma mater. Pressey’s father, Paul, played in the NBA for 11 seasons before serving as an NBA assistant coach for 25, including a stint with the Celtics from 2004-06. The source said the Celtics are planning to add one or two more behind-the-bench coaches to Mazzulla’s staff in the coming weeks. – via Boston Globe

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Too bad..

Adam Himmelsbach: Per source, neither Juhann Begarin nor Yam Madar are expected to play for the Celtics’ summer league team this year. Mostly due to commitments to their European clubs. – via Twitter AdamHimmelsbach

That does stink. I’m going to summer league with my son. We were looking forward to watching them both.

You'll still have a great time.  I went in 2018 and saw two games, but if it's still the same, see as many as you like in one day.  There were also some players in the lobby signing autographs and doing pics.  I saw patron at a restaurant and made the determination quickly that he was a player in for the summer league.  He was sitting close enough to hear he was having conversations with his agent on the phone.  Saw him later that evening come out on the court for the C's, Jarrod Uthoff.  I highly recommend this to anyone who can get out.  It's a really good time, it's just too bad it's summer and Vegas.  That year we went it was 116 degrees!

It's great to get a PP who is the son of a PP, played with a PP and now will likely coach a PP.

That's a shame, but particularly in Yam's case I don't think there's much of a compelling reason for him to play in the Summer League again.
