From a story line perspective, the NBA can't lose, and the media will have a ton of content no matter what.

NBA gets a Game 7
If Boston wins, you get a historic 3-0 comeback
If Miami wins, you get the underdog story, a #8 seed making the Finals, winning Game 7 on the road.

No matter what happens, you get some good stories either way.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Denver - Boston would be way better for ratings/revenue than Denver - Miami that’s for sure. Silver should help us out  ;)

And to think, this looked like an easy Celtics win going in

So, chuck isnt necessarily wrong. Jimmy/Bam wont be as bad (although they have been average the last 3 games minus the ref show the last 4 minutes) and the celtics did nearly choke it....which is concerning. I do think the ref's had a play in it however. I mean Jimmy would just run into players and get a foul call but Boston played scared refusing to go to the hoop.

But he said he wanted to see how the celtics played if their shot wasnt falling and game 6 was Miami's game 7. and not only did Miami lose it, but it was in such a devastating way mentally for them. Now hes changing his take?

But on the other end, Miami shot 47% from 3 and boston shot 20% and Tatum/Brown were 0-12. I doubt that is going to happen in game 7 at home.

Our defense has throttled the Heat for 3 straight games now. That's no fluke. The only reason they were in this game was them hitting tons of 3's, us missing tons of 3's and making some exceptionally dumb decisions (even by Celtic standards).

We have dominated the paint. The Heat have no answer. Our guys are bigger, stronger, faster. It's not rocket science.

YUP WE SHOULDA BLOWN THEM OUT

LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN MONDAY IN GAME 7

IF IM BAWSTIN IM PIZZED WE BLEW DOUBLE DIGIT LEADS OVER AND OVER

PROVE U CAN BLOW THIS TEAM OUT THE GARDEN NEXT GAME

PLAY SMART FOR 48

WE ARE ON THE CUSP OF UNPRECEDENTED HISTORY

BE READY

MIAMI IS REELING NOW

F\TAKE THEM OUT

FINISH THEM
LET'S GO CELTICS!

First Boston isn’t going to shoot nearly as bad from 3.
Butler and bam have leveled off considerably each game. Both look tired.

Game 7s in the garden are tough but after that loss? Wow. Going to find out if heat culture is real or just a catch phrase

I think it was the worst 3 point shooting game of the season they said. Roleplayers for the home team tend to come alive in game 7. Also wouldnt mind another tatum 50 point game...

They giving alot excuses for Butler on the show. But I think alot of it is the celtics defense. Tatum is playing really tough defense on Butler and horford/williams are being tough. He really had nowhere to go until the 4th quarter when they decided to call everything when he ran into guys and fell on the ground..

its just that their undrafted guys are shooting like prime splash bros

That was literally the worst 3 point percentage of the entire season for the c's. They lost the 3 point battle by 7, the TO battle by 7, and Tatum vanishing for most of the second half. So ya, Bam and Butler will be better but I doubt all those things happen thing.

It’d be nice if Monday is finally the night their role players, notably Martin, stop acting like Curry out there shooting

So annoying

As bad as Butler and Bam played shooting their role players more than made up for it.

Despite having a double digit lead early and late we didn’t really play a really strong game overall.

We definitely have another level or two to go to especially if we can stop taking dumb difficult shots.

Like completely unnecessary long difficult fading away shots….I mean once a month is fine but like 5 to 8 a game is just bad bad bad.

We shot 20% from three to the Heat's 46%, we had twice as many turnovers. We had no business winning that game. Those type of numbers usually spell doom for this Celtics team. This bodes well for game 7.

Yeah. I give Miami tons of credit for playing such good team ball. But you just now they would get trounced by Denver. I feel their morale is low now too, they have been exposed these last 3 games. If Miami somehow wins Monday, they lose in 5 to Denver in a dull series.

Sooner or later Robinson Martin and Vincent aren’t going to play like the splash brothers. Hope it’s game 7
