I thought Grant helped a ton tonight.  After Smart missed the 2 open threes I’d just about had enough- so frustrating.  Glad he came through in the end.  JB from 3 was terrific. And JT was clutch down the stretch - great to see. I thought the Hawks would have the energy at the end but it was the Cs!!

Man, hell of a Tatum game:

30 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 stl, 2 blocks with 0 TOs and 11-20 shooting and big shots down the stretch.

And great defensive effort that won't show up in the box score. Picked up full court a lot and Trae and Dejounte couldn't get clean looks on him when he got switched in the P&R.

And Trae Young is a beast, those who chanted overrated in the garden game 1 should be ashamed of themselves lol

Dude is one of the top offensive players in the league. I'd love to see ATL put the right type of players around him instead of always going in the wrong direction.

I hate D Murray next to Trae. And I hate it for D Murray too. He should be at PG. I hate that J Collins has to play as a stretch 4 instead of as an interior finisher and occassional outside shooter. He needs a stretch five next to him instead of a rim roller. Collins is the rim roller!

Watching Trae work with this roster is like watching an artist being kept in check by a straight-jacket. Let Trae free!

Our terrible coach somehow won his first playoff round.  It's the players.

Oh come on, you cannot sit there and seriously tell me you're not the least bit worried about Joe after witnessing this series. There were barely any adjustments made, even ones that were blatantly obvious. He for whatever reason benched GWill most of the series, even when he was fantastic when he actually played. And his in-game management with TOs and challenges might as well have been a magic 8 ball.
