If Celts don't make it out of the East, it is time for Brad to shake things up.

Everyone talks about trading Brown, maybe we ought to be looking at the other J.

I was showering and had a similar thought that maybe it's the other J who needs to be looked at under a microscope. What's Jayson's deal? For a 1a, he needs to be leading and make wise decisions. Not chuck 3s after 3s or play conservative or dribble to 2 seconds left go ISO and chuck another 3.
he's soft.  far more often a no-show in the playoffs than Jaylen has been.  before I'd send either out in a trade, I'd get them playing for a real coach because Joe ain't it

Brown wasn't exactly innocent today either. 3 (or 4) bricked FTs and one or two brutal live ball turnovers in the 4th. He was the guy (no Tatum/Smart, who didn't do anything good once they did come in) in the lineup tasked with playing even, and instead they let Atlanta start their huge run.
feel free to go back and read my posts because I haven't Jaylen a free pass on those missed FTs or TOs.  as for the rest, Jaylen's the reason we were ahead in the first place.  the offense should have continued to get him the ball down the stretch moreso than Tatum

This team just reverted back to the finals tonight. Joe’s rotations were bad. Malcom has to be on the floor late as well as white

Rightfully so.
They just lost a game to the “garbage” hawks and “overrated” Trae young when they had a double digit lead halfway through the 4th quarter.

Literally painful. You’re okay with it?

agreed, closing lineup needs to be Brogdon, White, Brown, Tatum and either Al or Timelord.  no Smart.

I'm glad Trae Young shouted "what's that? what was that?!" to that Boston crowd who chanted "overrated" to him after sinking that dagger 3. I never understood the hype with him being overrated. He seems like a decent player. 2x NBA All-Star. All-Rookie First Team. Lotta accolades to go with his resume.

Maybe the crowd meant "overrated" to the Celtics  :-X

I’m OK with them not winning every game as long as they win the series.

Almost like the league didn’t expect this either  :P

Game 6 has to be a 7P EST game. Suns/Clippers and Nuggets/Wolves aren't happening lol

In the grand scheme of things I don’t expect them to win every game either, but the history of crumbling in big games in the biggest moments in games they’re heavily favored and have no business losing is becoming increasingly painful to watch, glad you’re fine with it though

Funny enough State Farm Arena also has a concert scheduled for Thursday. So even they didn’t think there’d be a Game 6

I’m a Smart fan. Love the energy and heart he brings to the team.

That said, I think his clutch minutes should go to Brogdon (assuming White is already out there as well).

I was feeling sad about this loss but now I'm just mad. They haven't learned.

HOW MANY YEARS HAVE WE BEEN SAYING THIS? 7? 8?
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Sounds like you do expect them to win every game. You just said they have no business losing games that they are heavily favored. C’s are heavily favored in every game of this series against the Hawks.
