With Giannis out, Bam needs to dominate. He showed flashes of it late in Game 1, but he can easily be the best big guy on the court (when Giannis sits), not Lopez/Portis

LAL laying an egg.

I'm not watching.  Does it seem like the Lakers are satisfied with one win in Memphis and mailing it in a bit or are the Grizz giving it to them?

I only tuned in at halftime. So far MEM are giving them several openings to get back in the game but LAL keep messing up. Mistake ridden Q3.

This lead does not feel safe. MEM do not have much offense out there. They could go cold at any point and any run by LAL would put them back in the game. But LA are struggling to string together the run.

Edit: A little run now. We'll see if they can keep it up.

Lead already down to single digits

Did you see that rumour that Danny Ainge is thinking of giving A Reeves $100mil in FA this summer?

Strange one.

It is amazing how little they are getting AD the ball. He can't score if his teammates don't pass him the ball.

Edit: Nice weakside help by Roddy to block AD.

Already feels like the Bucks are going to take Game 2

Bam is such a disappointment given his skillset

G: Schroder
G: A Reeves
G: M Beasley
F: Hachimura
F: LeBron

No center lineup. Hachimura defending JJJ. LeBron on Tillman. Did not see who is defending Roddy. Roddy is a big boy. They should try and get a screen action with him heading to the rim off the ball against one of those smaller SGs who are defending him.

So far memphis is giving it to them. Lakers desperately trying to win. They know morant could be back and need this one.

Great D by D Brooks in the post against LeBron. Forced him baseline and got caught under the basket with nowhere to go. Brooks doing a great job stopping LeBron from backing him down.

Today is a good example of why I laugh hysterically when someone like Moranis calls Davis a top ten player. In addition to the injuries he just disappears. Top day players don’t do that half the time Davis does. Heck even Lebron shows up at 38

AD reminds me of Dwight after he left Orlando after that back injury. There would be games where Dwight would move well and still sky for powerful dunks. And then other nights where his body just wouldn't be right and he would struggle to make those athletic plays.

AD looks like a guy who has had too many injuries. Some days his body is right and he can be dominant. Other days his body is tired and old and he struggles to keep up.

Lakers guards running more of the offense than LeBron. LeBron has looked good in transition and in the post but he has been dodgy on the perimeter in the halfcourt. Reluctant to drive. Sideways passing. No incisiveness.

Dude looks old.

Yet ... still highly productive.

He is getting dominated by Tillman. I honestly think saying he is a top ten player at this point should be warned for trolling.

Bucks doing pretty well without Giannis. But that's without Tyler Herro...bummer.

LeBron doing some of his best work hitting the boards and pursuing loose balls.

It is his offense that is out of whack.
