It seems with each game the Celtics are just finding new ways to shatter my life. There is nothing left of me. Why do I keep watching?

Really it all comes down to that complete nonsense foul call that Mitchell got with 5.8 seconds left in regulation.  That was just absolute nonsense.

So it was Grant who fouled him, and Grant who couldn’t make the free throw to seal the game? 🙈😁

Essentially yes.  But 99 times out of 100 that's a no call.  Just a terrible call by the officials.  Grant went straight up and there was miniscule contact.  Not a foul.

Would have been such an awesome statement win. Instead more of the same. Choking down the stretch, making dumb decisions and plays late. Not sure why guys like GWill, Kornet and Smart get so much playing time in these moments compared to some of the other options too.

Kornet was huge tonight, and I don't think he played in the last few minutes or OT save for rebound situations. I think you're mixing him up with Muscala.

Most unclutch team in the league. Just can’t get it done. Just like the finals

The worst part of it was that Grant was talking Sh!t to Mitchell at the line, telling him “I’m going to make both of them” and then he missed both.  :blank:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

GWILL THIS IS YOUR FAULT

Nope. It’s all Joes fault. He should have told Grant to concentrate before he went to the line. If he only did that the C’s would have won.

It's hilarious that you continue in your Joe apologism, even after he continues to admit mistakes down the stretches of losses and even after a game tonight where he actually did good with his timeouts and it greatly impacted the game. Insane.

Do you seriously not see the problem with Joe being invisible in OT tonight? Did you see any discernible plays or sets out there to get good looks, or did you just see JB iso'ing each time down the floor trying to make homerun plays?

Absolutely nothing more predictable than them gagging up another one in the exact fashion it played out.

hope this one sinks in for GWill for a long time.  called for the foul on Mitchell and blew 2 FTs in regulation.  I still think there was no foul and if there was any contact, that shouldn't have been called.  in any case, GWill is at the center of the botched end of regulation.

Lot of people whining and moaning after our team, on the second night of a back to back after going to double OT the night before and traveling to a road game, without 3 of our starters including our best player, came within a free throw of beating one of the best teams in the East on the road. Give these guys credit. They played hard and they played a great game.
