Hopefully Jaylen can redeem himself tonight with a huge game to support Tatum and the crew

This won't be easy though. LAL is trending in the right direction and now they have Lebron AND Davis who is now healthy. And the news about Timelord being a last minute addition to the injury report.... ugh

They'd better not lose this game.

Robert Williams is a late addition to the injury list.  He is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers due to a left ankle sprain.

Williams presumably picked up the injury in Boston's previous game.

Rob with an injury? There's a shocker ...

That's why to me a depth big is the bigger priority at the deadline. Timelord can't be trusted, and relying on 36-year old Horford to play heavy minutes often (including in the regular season) isn't ideal. And behind them, we simply don't have another reliable big (Kornet/Griffin are okay for mop-up, that's it)

I like Rob, but maybe they need to consider a trade. You need a guy that can stay on the court.

I don't think think these knees are going to last long.

Before the pitchforks get hauled out, I'm just saying they should consider it.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Rob out again. Celtics need to add another nba caliber big because he’s always hurt.

I agree, but his injury history isn’t a secret.  It’d be a risk for any team to trade talent for Rob.  He is brittle.- seems to be at least one moment every game that I’m watching him get off the floor or after a landing or contact, nervous that he just tweaked something.  I’m glad they are being cautious with him.  Every game that goes by without a season-ending injury is a game closer to the playoffs.  Want him healthy in May. Not feeling too great about whether that’s possible.

Getting frustrated with Rob’s availability this year, particularly tonight when it would’ve been helpful against AD. Where’d this ankle sprain come from? Don’t remember anything from the last game.

Boy I can’t wait to watch Kornet guard AD tonight!  ::)

Timelord at this point is simply a luxury when he plays but that’s about it, because I think anyone who thinks he’s a “key part” going forward is mistaken because he’s so injury prone.

GET ANOTHER BIG MAN, BRAD!

Well, there is a reason his new deal has him making an average of about $12M/year. If he wasn’t injury prone that number would likely be $20M or more annually. He still is a key part of the team, but definitely requires load management and the C’s need to do everything int their power to make sure he’s as close to 100% as possible come playoff time. I don’t think the C’s can win a championship without Rob.

I can’t remember seeing Rob twist his ankle last game. He did play 36 minutes so hopefully this is just precautionary. What great timing though. We really need an insurance big. The Poeltl news may have some legs after all.
