C’s Need To Prioritize Resting Tatum Now

Jayson Tatum shouldn't have to play 37 minutes in a game like this. The #Celtics have to hope he doesn't burn out in April and May

I wouldn’t be too worried about it. 3 games til ASG and I don’t imagine he’ll play heavy minutes in the DET game.

He just had a fairly long break.  I’m not sure he needs another one a week or so later.

We also need more reps with our full core together heading into the postseason. The starting 5 have barely played together this season.

If Tatum is to rest I'd rather rest him against teams that are physical and will make him really work hard.  That is not the Nets.

That said, healthy players should play.  No reason to rest a healthy Tatum.
