I mean, that's a good look - if you have at least a second to shoot it. Idiotic place to get a final shot from given that the player has to do a turnaround.

With that little time you have to have either a cross-court pass or the player coming straight at the inbounder instead of curling in order to get the shot off in time.

Either way, thank God at least JB found his shot long enough to send it to OT.

Kudos to Kerr for his defensive strategy. He anticipated that the C’s would not have enough time to turn and shoot, so he instructed his players to focus on blocking shots on the far side of the court or by the rim. The defense was well-prepared for this scenario.
