The NBA was called that way the first half of last season since it was one of their "points of emphasis" (it's  not a foul on the defense if the offensive player initiates the contact). But let's be honest, they scrapped it halfway through the season because stars who rely on foul baiting like Harden weren't scoring like they used to.
