The lack of teamwork is obvious on offense and defense.

I thought for sure after the last few games and two days off Boston would come out with energy and focus. Boy was I wrong

I guess Marcus Smart is that important to the offense and defense.

What was the Celtics record this time last year?

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Something is up with this team. You have players sitting out games and no one has any explanation as to why they look this bad? No one really bothers to ask either. Last year was last year.

Something is very wrong ... from within.

How do you go from playing historic, team-oriented offense to this catastrophe in two weeks time ?

Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

I'm sorry, but this might be the worst effort I've ever seen out of this group, particularly the starters and defensively.

Joe is going to have to make some sort of adjustment to get his guys back in it, because it's looking more and more like he's losing the confidence of the guys. This is very reminiscent of the final days with Brad when the guys look like they've lost all interest in playing for him.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Horrific execution. Turning the ball over and lackadaisical effort.

after the two losses to the Magic, I was SURE, I mean absolutely sure we were going to play better tonight.
But we are playing the worst ball of the year right now.  The def energy is just non-existent.  It looks like we don't want to be out there, at all.

15-17 so it’s definitely salvageable. But I think Joe needs to start to ch he his approach, it’s times of adversity like this that the team needs a firmer hand. Especially when it comes to putting in the effort, especially defensively where they were giving up layups, anytime you give up layups and offensive rebounds you always babe to question the effort. The rest of the issue just looks to be poor execution, turning the ball over.

Continue to just jacking threes. Absolutely no adjustment from Joe.
again, indiana has taken more threes than the celtics. the problem is not taking 3s. the problem is more not making 3s.

We get it, that is not the point.

Yes, the Celtics are missing ............. so adjust, do something different, take different shots, get the ball and players moving in the half-court. Drive the ball. Hell, run the flex, I don't care, just something other than iso 3's !!!!!!!
