Tatum didn't play well. He's not the first or the last NBA player to not play well. But in a 7 game series or an 82 game season, he'll play well more often than not and that's all you can ask for.

Honestly Golden State was up for this game more than the Celtics. The Celtics have the best record in the NBA and Golden State is a .500 club right now. But Golden State has the Celtics number and it's the only reason they beat them in the Finals. Watch Golden State lose to the Bucks in their next game and the Celtics will beat The Clippers and Lakers. But the Celtics need to learn how to beat them even if they don't play them in the Finals again. They need to learn how to win these types of games.

Agree. I dont think the Warriors are going back to the finals. But the guys need to get over the mental hump. Hopefully we get them in Boston with Al and Rob back.

This is usually what happens when JB plays his national-TV-me-me-me-offense—his best impersonation of Carmelo back in the day. Who cares if JB’s numbers look good when he pulls that crap? We almost always lose when he does. And JT particularly struggles when JB insists on going into that mode. All this demonstrates is what I’ve said over and over again: We would be better if we moved JB for another all-star who better complements JT and always plays team-ball.
