I’m glad he did.  It was very much off-brand for a man who cares about social justice.

I'm very glad he did this. Hard to reconcile his public stances with a connection to someone like West.

Repercussions for being a hateful bigot are a good thing, by the way :)

Echoing what I said in the other thread:

It's the right move. Glad he apologized for his previous comments and is man enough to quickly see he made a mistake and is owning up to it. Jaylen is a quality guy.

Never should have done business with the jack*ss to begin with (Obama summed it up nicely when he called Kanye that back in 2009). This was a distraction when he signed with them at the start of the Finals, too.

::) ::) ::)

Imagine what our best player in last year's Finals could have done if he wasn't distracted.

Whilst he never should have aligned himself with West, I have no idea what you are talking about regarding a supposed distraction.

Maybe you've got some ammunition to fire up trade ideas about JB again

or an explanation why he's so fired up to trade JB for pennies on the dollar

So long as we’re on top or very close to the top, with clearly a good shot at the title, I’m JKJB. If we falter, you better believe the JB trade ideas will return. In the meantime, I think everyone should applaud JB for cutting ties with Kanye. JT/JB can be the next Michael/Scottie.

I never even knew he was signed with them.

Kanye wants to open up dialogue about his criticisms of Jewish culture. He made the remark, “the Jewish media”.

To tie it in to this place, that would be like calling the NBA “black NBA”, and criticizing the culture by, say, implementing a dress code.

Deeply offensive stuff

I'm on board as well.  What was his initial statement?

Said he would go “death con 3” on Jews. Not any particular one, but the whole group.

He is an idiot! The term is defcon.

Also he’s a mean spirited dude that deserves his new predicament.

Imagine reading that he has a school (Donda Academy) and choosing to send your child there?
