Lazy offense this quarter

Tired offense. No longer pushing the ball, and settling for step back threes.

This is where the lack of bigs will kill us. The crucial rebounds and boxing out, nonexistent for us

not a problem since they are going to win it.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Grant came into tonight with shooting splits of 82/71/67. Tonight he has gone 100/100/100.

Not too bad!

He’s not 6’8.

Defensively, we really miss Al.

yup none of our other backups have the combination of good def timing, smarts, and experience that Al has.
just no rim protection

Call a timeout, Joe! I can already tell this is going to be a weakness of his. He did it last night, too.

You’re not going to like his philosophy jp  :police:- he said after the game when asked that he’s a proponent of letting the team play and figure it out because they are a mature team and he’s trying to empower them to dig themselves out of holes

Ugh. That was my number one thing I hated about Brad. Absolute genius basketball mind, but he was of a similar philosophy, while also seeming too slow to react to those kinds of runs and deviations from his gameplan.

And, of course, Ime was much better about that than Brad or Joe.  :-\
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Tatum's really cooled off.  team has been relying on him to carry the load tonight but he's going to need help from someone to step up.   Team also needs to play some freaking defense.

And last game when people were screaming for a TO, he didn't call one and the C's turned things around.

People screaming earlier and Mazz with no TO and Tatum nailed a three and Orlando called a TO(probably TV timeout, hence why not to waste one).

I'm guessing we will see a ton of screaming for TOs again this year.

I love how we went from a game where both teams were just scoring to now no one can really score in the 4th. And it's not even good defense, teams just bricking shots lol (sadly it's mostly us)

They’re waiting for Orlando to fold, but they’re playing really well. The Cs need to turn it up a notch or this will really be a bad loss. Joe’s coaching also leaves a lot to be desired this game. I can’t stop going back to that “experimental” line up very early in the game.
