D-White with a low key good game. 10pts, 7rebs, 3blks. 2-4 from 3pt… Definitely looks more comfortable out there.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Greenie on ESPN doing the highlights with the comment "Remember when it was said Tatum and Brown couldn't play together. That seems like a long time ago."

Well Greenie, it was happening in 2022 by people in the national and local media and by a bunch of the Celtics fan base.

Shows you just how wrong so, so many people can be.

Is it me or did the Heat not play with their normal level of swagger against us? Are we finally in their heads?

Great win, taking one on the road and esp on the floor where we won the ECF.

C's been playing well against two contenders to start the season.

Vonleh deserves a lot of credit for playing decent ball.  +10

He’s been huge, I’m very pleased.  Seems to have passed Blake and Kornet on the depth chart as those two were both DNP’s.

Might see Blake tomorrow as it’s the SEGABABA. Kornet will be a niche sub this year I feel
would figure against expectedly lesser competition, Blake and possibly Kornet may get a chance to eat up minutes and give Al a light minute evening

He's splashing corner threes whilst continuing his great defence.

Celtics had more turnovers than assists, 19 to 17.
Gotta improve our ball security - I hope they realize that turnovers is what cost them the title last year.
If I was Mazzula, I would be harping on the turnovers every day and improving our offensive schemes to give the players more options.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Great that they could win it with Jaylen on the bench the last 4+ minutes. Closing crew of Smart, Brogdon, Tatum, Al and Grant in for Jaylen. Also of interest to me is Mazzulla seems in no hurry to use his timeouts. There were a few times he could of used one during Heat runs but he elected not to.

Jaylen looks better than ever now. Graceful, efficient on all three levels, he’s closing in on being a Top 10 scorer, if he isn’t already.

Time for a victory lap!

Another good game.  A few too many turnovers.  Some really ticky tack fouls on Jaylen.  It's hard watching Big Arse Lowry get away with so much flopping.  He ruins the game of basketball with these theatrics.  He's a good player but so darn dramatic.  The heat are just one of those teams like the Warriors that have so many players that I can't stand to watch.

Anyway.  Good win.  Let's keep it rolling.  Can't wait to see Banchero play tomorrow.

They’ve got a chance to surprise on the downside this year. Lowry is 36, Butler is 33. And no more PJ Tucker who was a big part of their identity last year.
