Dwight Howard signing in Taiwan

Ouch.

He signed in a 6-team league that plays a 30 game schedule.  The league has been in existence for one season.
I'll take a mea culpa on this.

I was an advocate for a Dwight signing for most of the off/pre-season.
I always knew he was a bit of a clown, but his comments, a couple of weeks ago about not staying in shape if he wasn't going to play big minutes, made me understand why we or no one else signed him.

Without looking, does this season end before the NBA season ends?   Is there time to sign with an NBA team for the stretch run and playoffs?

It doesn’t even start until the New Year.

Minnesota is being manhandled by Phoenix. What’s up with that team? KAT, Edwards, Gobert seems like a nice core. They’re all playing uninspired ball.

Their starting lineup is statistically one of the worst in the league.

Towns and/or Russell seem to be the real problem.  Russell in particular is a bad fit.

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Man, officials screwing up yet again. OT in SAS vs Memphis and they completely miss that the clock doesn’t move for an entire possession with 19 seconds left 🤦🏻

Just awful officiating product this year, particularly the last few days with all the game-altering poor calls that have been made or missed.

LAC home game vs the LAL. Fans are cheering way louder for the Lakers. It’s sad.

Giannis out, insert Javon Carter: 36pts, 12ast, 4rebs. Shot over 50% from the field.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

They had the #2 lineup behind the Celtics with Beverly and Vanderbilt last year.  That Gobert trade is looking horrible for them.

Yeah, giving up all that for Gobert is looking really brutal. Wasn't a fan of it at the time, really not a fan now

I would lynch the GM if I was owner .  Person who thought that deal up is a moron.   If we throw enough money at it ,  the plan has to work.  :P
