Lol Cryrie commits a foul with 1.5 seconds left in OT to give Young the game winning FTs. Mavs lose and are pretty much out of the playoffs barring a miracle

Wonder what Cuban will be able to get in a sign and trade this summer. Kyrie doesn’t seem very interested in playing for Dallas.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Looks pretty good that Boston is the 2 seed. Sixers getting hammered by the Bucks tonight.

Got to say, it’s hilarious watching Bucks fans lose their minds at Harden flopping but also Sixers fans losing their minds about Giannis despite Embiid getting favorable treatment all the time too

Yuckin' Lakers smoked the Rockets and riding on a 3-game streak. Can Denver or Memphis beat them

I think Denver can. Not Memphis

MIL’s going to hold on.

Oh well. PHI losing does pretty much lock us into the 2 seed (magic number to finish #2 at worst is just 1, so 1 PHI loss or C’s win means we won’t be worse than #2). I think prioritizing health should be the key this week. Rest guys and manage minutes for sure

Sixers getting smoked right now.

Harden’s a complete no-show. This is probably a Sixers playoff preview of what’ll happen when Embiid puts up 40+ each game and gets no help  :P
Harden already in playoff mode.

Well, you suck Philly.

But that was about as weak of a “flagrant foul” as they come.

It’s crazy how much we matchup better against both teams.

Philly just has nobody to even challenge Giannis, and then their other weak defenders get exploited, as well when Embiid gets drawn out from the paint to guard Lopez. Offensively, Philly scores best in the interior, where Milwaukee’s defense is strongest, minimizing the damage they can do there.

We have several guys/the Giannis wall to slow Giannis down. They also have zero perimeter defenders big or quick enough to slow down either of the Jays with Jrue their best shot (too small), and we score primarily from the perimeter, which draws Lopez out abd allows easier paint points.

And we have similar advantages against Philly.

But I do think Boston and Milwaukee are in a tier of their own as far as contenders go. I think Philly is in the next tier with Denver, Memphis, GS, etc. and a step behind us and Milwaukee.

Looks like we are cemented into the 2 seed. Time to rest up and prep for the 1st round. Jimmy Butler coincidentally looked like he jumped into a time-machine today as the Heat head towards a likely 1st round matchup against us.

Mavs lost 7 of their last 8. Do you think Luka wants out of Dallas now? Should we go after him?

Welp, to win it all we gotta beat the toughest teams. Miami won't be a cakewalk. We may have won last year, to avenge 2012. We need to avenge 2020 on them.

Eh, they're probably a bit tougher matchup than the Hawks, though I put them on the same tier as Toronto and Chicago, too. But they're clearly not the same team as last year. Their offense is near the bottom of the league, and their defense has been solid for the year but subpar in the past 20 games or so. As long as we don't pull our "playing down to their level" crap, we should easily take care of the Heat in 5 or so.

That said, we do still need to win one or two more games to solidify HCA over Denver and the West if we get to the Finals. That's probably more important than HCA against Milwaukee.
