Longest Engagement Streak for a Celtics Coach?

I'm thinking Ime's current engagement streak is about to end at 7 years. Who has the record ? I could've swore that someone on the message boards said Chris Ford was engaged for 11 years.

please define "engagement." I ask since udoka has only been celtics coach for just over a year.
