The player admitted that it was a hold and a correct call.

Nuff said.

It made for an extremely anticlimactic ending to a pretty exciting game, but it was the right call.

Not sure about the replay calls on some of those catches, but easy come easy go.

Anybody that can definitively tell you what is a catch in the NFL is lying to you.

True. Not that my opinion matters, but that catch-fumble-TD return that was overturned qualifies as a catch in my book—he caught it cleanly (no bobble), had both feet down, and had just started to pivot his body when he was hit and lost the ball.

Yeah, and then you add the "clear visual evidence" standard or whatever it is.  Devonta Smith got screwed, I think.

Maybe, but he also got lucky that his big "catch" in the NFC title game wasn't reviewed.

Seeing philly lose is almost as good as sb win in my book. It's not the team, it's the fans I despise.

The call at the end didn't lose the game for them the fumble and punt return did the job. However, the fact they feel they got screwed makes it all the better.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Btw, a few of my co-workers said this and I kind of agreed. Did anyone else feel like the atmosphere of this Super Bowl felt lame? Like... it really didn't feel like a Super Bowl. The way the teams played, the commentary, the atmosphere all felt extremely casual even in the final 5 minutes. It didn't feel like a "suspense every single play" game

And this was the freakin' Super Bowl lol

Felt like a Super Bowl to me.   Entertaining game, certainly suspenseful, crowd was really into it (which is saying something for a typically corporate crowd).  Thought Burkhardt & Olsen did fine in the announce booth.

Totally agree. Love when Filthadelphia loses.

They won't have to worry about the Sixers losing in the Finals, though.

Felt like a SB to me, especially the suspense in the last few minutes.

Oh ok then maybe it was just me and a minority. I do agree with Donoghus above though that the crowd was definitely into it. Lot of PHI fans too

Yeah, there was some Philly chant going on at one point, I think when the Eagles were doing really well. But I couldn't tell what was being said.

They booed Lebron both Chiefs and Eagles fans.  They also booed the Walter Payton man of the year recipient.  It was of course Dak Prescott and the Ealges fans are always apparently going to boo a Cowboy.  that was pretty funny as well.
