Tua is still in concussion protocol and won't be available for the Pro-Bowl game. He definitely should just call it a career.

That being said, this could pave the way for Tom Brady...hence a lot of speculations/visuals of Brady visiting Miami the other day.

Or let Tua take next year off, with Bridgewater as the backup to Terrific Tom. Miami’s arsenal would be incredible for Brady. He could make it to age 50 with that squad and get 2-4 more Super Bowls. Tua’s only 24, so let him do IR all next season, go with Tom, and then deal Tua the following off-season if he’s all better and Tom commits to keep playing a few more seasons (or if he retires after winning another Super Bowl, bring Tua back).

I get the concept that Tom Brady will be better than Tua (if healthy), but I’m not convinced that’s the case. Brady still looked like a top 10 QB most of last season, but definitely not that top 3 elite player.  You’re thinking 2-4 more Super Bowls? I think Miami would be ecstatic to get to one - and I think Brady would be pretty psyched too. I think it’s worth it for Miami - would be huge excitement for the team and city.

I hope my fellow Patriots fans will join me in rooting against him. Or do you start rooting for an in-division rival?  Hope not.

My predictions.

Eagles > Niners 31-24
Bengals > Chiefs 28-24

I am rooting for the Niners though, but I just think home field advantage could make a difference which PHI has in this case being the 1 seed

Eagles look good on both ends…

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Well, the NFC title game just became a complete flop. Purdy out with an injury, Niners now stuck with Josh Johnson, and Bosa is hurting too. Gonna be a blowout.

They should just have McCaffrey at QB.  Play like Justin Fields.

49ers looking awful good defensively.  Looks like that may be their only path to victory.

Good idea. Hadn't thought of that, but worth trying.

McCaffrey was a phenomenal trade by SF. It's also helped Purdy and all their backups during the 2nd half of the season as well. What a weapon to have
