Little realized Bill fact....he regularly averaged over 5 assists per game in the playoffs and finished top 10 in assists per game in the regular season more than couple times.

God Speed Bill.

I fell in love with the Boston Celtics in 1969 when the "old champions" won the classic finals series vs the Lakers for the title.

The game 7 win in Los Angeles might still be my all-time favorite Celtics win. That was the game when Russell commented that it was going to take a long time for Lakers staff to pull Jack Kent Cooke's celebration balloons out of the ceiling after their loss.
