Brad Stevens really is the anti-Ainge lol. 3 first round picks traded away over the past year. Also, all these years we heard about the C's going hard after Gallinari yet Brad ultimately got him while Ainge never could  :P

Love the aggressive approach.

Also, not to sound like I'm bashing Ainge but it is funny seeing Brad basically nuke all our end-of-bench guys and other prospects (Nesmith, Langford). Makes you wonder if CBS secretly hated them and the picks and never really believed in them

I think it's more than just that.

Brad knows what it's like to be saddled with a bench that requires rookies to play. Rookies - even the best of them - aren't built for playoff basketball.
