Hopefully the league is craving a big ratings game on Sunday lol. They owe us one of those Scott Foster Extender Specials.

In game 7 all bets are off. Suddenly there's a ton of pressure on GS and anything can happen.

If there's a Game 7 I don't think my heart will make it lol. Weekend will feel so stressful and I probably won't eat much due to all the nerves lol

I've been watching this league for a lot of years and everything points to the series ending with Game 6. But this team is a total Jekyl and Hyde outfit - so it wouldn't shock me if they find a way to force a Game 7.  You'll have an emotional Garden crowd and you can also make the argument that GS has played pretty well the past two games and is due for a clunker.

However, it's also a veteran team that smells another title - so I wouldn't bet on a clunker.  Regardless I can't see the Celtics beating them twice with the 2nd game at GS and Curry involved. Plus I got the sense last night that the Celtics have come to the conclusion that GS is a better team.

So I think GS wins the series Thursday night.

I mean, it’s just two games.

Putting a positive spin on this - we’re the desperate team and at home, so we should come out and win game six.

That’s going to lead to an interesting game seven. Yes, the Warriors will be at home, but if we build up some momentum from a game six win that could really work in our favor going into game seven, especially if we have a win going away on Thursday.

Truth be told, though, it’s all on us. The Warriors are not beating us; we’re beating ourselves with the dumb play as we’ve done all postseason. If we’d just control the unforced turnovers, we’d already would have won this series. Whether or not we can actually do that for two games in a row is the question. Ime is really going to have to drill this in their heads the next several days if we want any chance of winning.

C’s in 7.

Curry isn't gonna go 0-9 from downtown again that's for sure. We really need to win Game 6

Wish it was still 2-3-2… don’t like 2-2-1-1-1
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Same. We'd benefit from that 2-3-2 for splitting the first two games. Could've capitalized them for three straight games at home.

If we had to go back on the road again? Pressure would be up for both team, typically the home team despite home-court advantage. Plus this team plays well on the road so it shouldn't matter to them

Tbh I still really like the 2-2-1-1-1 format. I also think it's a bit weird to have it that way and then change it to 2-3-2 just for the Finals. They still get two days off after almost every game so I don't think some additional travel should be some huge concern.

Of the non-Game 7s, Game 5 is probably the most pivotal in any series and the team with HCA for the series should have Game 5 at home

Game 4 was pivotal to take a 3-1 lead and couldn't capitalize it at home. Game 5 was just the must-win game being at 2 apiece. Now Game 6 is them playing like their lives depend on it lol

If I believed in 2004 when the Red Sox were down 3-0 in the ALCS and believed in 2017 when the Patriots were down 28-3 in the Super Bowl, I'm still going to believe in the Celtics now down 3-2 in the Finals.

2 wins in a row, no problem. Never give up hope.

2-3-2 was utter garbage.

I mean the Celtics were down 3-2 with the Bucks and came back and won. The site needs a surge of optimism.

I give them a 70% chance to win Game 6 but only a 15% chance to win Game 7 at the Bay Area (San Francisco)

But I will say, if the C’s win convincingly in Game 6 and look good for most of the game I’ll definitely feel more hopeful about the potential Game 7.

One game at a time, win Thursday and then anything can happen in a Game 7
