3. is weird. I mean I'm all for embracing different languages (especially Spanish, Mandarin) and fine, I guess you could make code of conduct cards available for blind people (of course there are practical problems with that, but not insurmountable).

Language that is not even allowed on this Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ing blog, should similarly be frowned upon at the garden.
