DG is a clown and game 2 was a disgrace and embarrassment that officials letting him get away with what he did.  When the refs keep him in check - like last game - he becomes much less productive.

I said it in the game thread, but Draymond is essentially worthless when he doesn't have his antics to hype him up and annoy the other team.  He can't shoot, he can't rebound, his passing has deteriorated, he can't block shots, and he has lost a step defensively.  His only real value is to be a pest and with all the attention he brought on himself after game 2, he can't even be a pest right now.

Would be nice if we could avoid Zarba/Brothers again this series but I fear we get them later. But it seems like Draymond can get away with everything with that doofus Zarba  ::)

Seriously, are the Warriors the whiniest championship core ever?

Draymond whines, Klay whines, Curry whines, and Kerr is the whiner in chief.

I mean,

Quote
"We've played in front of rude people before," Thompson said. "Dropping F-bombs with children in the crowd. Real classy. Good job, Boston."

THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

Meanwhile Draymond is screaming “you MFing b**ch” to a ref during the scrum when Al and Steph dove for the loose ball.

Also him saying he “played like sh**” with his 6 year old sitting next to him in the post game presser.

Give me a break with the hypocrisy, stop crying because you lost.

yup. pot meet kettle.

Getting a collection of several thousand people to chant F You is quite a feat.  I wonder what percent were still too squeamish to take part in that.  In my life experience saying "F You" to someone was reserved for genuine hatred.  I guess there's strength in numbers.  I thought it was fantastic and effective, but I don't know that I would take part in it.
Yup

I’m not sure I understand the line Of thinking that if green plays better somehow the warriors are going to morph into past great warrior teams.

Green only can goon things up and that’s the only reason they won game 2.

have to admit that I might take part in that but not if there were kids around me - even if their parents were chanting it.  doesn't change the fact that Draymond and the rest of the whiners are hypocrites on this one.

The pristine GSW's are showing their colors in these finals.  Both the Celts and Warriors have had their breaks during their runs through the playoffs.  The Warriors played a Nuggets team with no Murray and no MPJ followed by a Memphis team who they struggled against where they were completely blown out by what, 40+ at one point in a game with no Morant who didn't finish the series.  They played a fresh, less than complete Mavericks team for an easy WCFs.  The Celtics got a broken BKN team, a Bucks team without Middleton and a Heat team that was severely lacking.

This is by no means two all time great teams considering Klay is coming off of 900+ days of injury with their lack of size, as well as the Celtics' youth.  I get it's going to be a scratch and claw series but give me a break with GS, have some dignity.

We earned game one dominating them in the 4th on their court.  Game 2, the BS starts with Draymond's antics and lack of refereeing.  Now game 3 we handle them legitimately while GS throws a fit complaining about the crowd swearing and criticizes the class of the city of Boston while their team, not fans, swear left and right at players and officials.

The "cultured" GSWs need to start 'acting like they've been there' and grow up a little because it's kind of embarrassing to watch.  It's not easy for either side but please man up and play the game, it's old already.

I wouldn’t join in, but also I kind of shrug. He instigates and provokes, again and again; he’s trying to make people lose their cool. What does he expect?  It’s not great to get down on his level, but also not surprising.

Golden State is just throwing gas on the fire now.

Crowd's going to be worse on Friday night.

He just opened a whole can of worms.  Maybe concentrate on your dirty bully Draymond setting a poor example to kids on how to play the game of basketball vs boston fans for using the Fword.

Expect Klay to get public enemy #2 treatment from the crowd on Friday. Draymond will continue to be public enemy #1. Continue with the hostility!

Apparently they never attended an Oakland Athletics game or a 49ers game! Maybe the old Oakland Raiders of long ago? Some of the rudest, classless fans I have ever seen. At a baseball game, someone through a ball at another person.

I hope they treat them to some great chants Friday!
