I appreciate JT playing smart basketball, but we're gonna need a bit more scoring from him.

Not sure if we can still play 2 bigs against the Warriors. I think we're going 1 big rest of the way.

getting back in by playing smarter offense by not jacking bad 3's.

hoping Curry's miss is a sign he's cooling off
More importantly we're forcing the ball out of his hands. Defending him and their shooters in general much better

Look what happens when you get it in the paint and play appropriate coverage on their shooters. If Steph beats you on those tough, stepback iso threes, then you just shake his hand. If he beats you on the switched coverage over a big, then you live with it. But for the love of God just don't give him wide open top of the key threes after a single pick.

Imo the C's are cautiously feeling out this new opponent. Giving up some shots normally we wouldn't. Like the early rounds of a boxing match.

I expect the intensity to pick up. And I expect us to win.

Told y'all. We're figuring them out before we ratchet up the intensity. Learn their limitations and exploit them.

That's more like it.  Get Curry to have to play defense.  Make the Warriors defense shift.

Great run! Would love to see Tatum look to score a bit more though, especially with Curry on him

Yeah, he's a scoring machine. Someone needs to get him going!

I think we can with a caveat - TL cannot be on one of their wing/swing types like Wiggins or Otto Porter. They can create off the dribble and shoot, unlike Tucker who can only shoot from set shots really.
