Smart and Horford 5-23... Keep shooting Marcus.
You’re the same person who posts the same thing when Steph curry has a bad game. You were probably crying when Marcus got hurt.
Players have bad games. It happens. You’re the guy who told the heat to trade jimmy butler after the last game.
Team isn’t a game away from the finals without Marcus smart

Ime really needs to get his head out of the sand. Hes worse than Brad with in game adjustments. You could tell in the first 5 minutes that smart didnt have it but he kept him on butler all game. And not playing pritchard is starting to p*** me off. We couldve used a couple 3s from him tonight, instead the only 3 he got was 3 minutes of playing time. And lets run some plays for the Jays, how many times did we just pound the air out of the ball instead of running a quick pick and roll or something with the Jay's

PP in that corner instead of Marcus changes the offense.

Maybe I'm being a bit unreasonable but man... it's very rare to see Horford have a bad game yet he was actually really bad tonight. And terrible timing for it too. Like there are games where Horford might not show much on the stat sheet but you know he makes an impact on the court in other ways. Tonight though he really didn't do any of that either. Brutal

Of all the things that could have gone wrong tonight (and many other things did), Horford having a terrible game was probably not something most of us had

  • Let's Go Celtics!
In a game you needed to win, the player with the most shots…..Smart. They deserve to lose based off that alone. Tatum only 12 shots. Cs will never win anything with Smart on this team.

 ::)

Yeah, let's not put anything on our superstar Tatum only getting 12 shots himself or turning the ball over 7 times. Or let's not forget about JB who essentially handed the game to Miami by choking two go-ahead free throws, and even Al was pretty much non-existent all night.

Lots of players had bad games. Celtics are not in this position without Smart's contributions all year long and his leadership.

Smart was bad tonight. He slipped back into old habits. That possession where he just held the ball for the 20 seconds and then chucked up a bad 3 epitomized this game for him. He's so important to this team. He can turn it around, though.

We've won without him.

And we've won with him.

Like I said in another post, this team has come back from adversity all season. I think they will again. I won't join the emotionally unstable mob of pitchfork holders throwing everyone and every thing under the bus.

Smart took more shots than Tatum. Smart bears the brunt of todays loss. Couldn’t slow down Butler. Could run offense. Couldn’t hit any shots.

Smart just killed them on offense. Took some terrible shots.

Does anyone know what happened to Pritchard?

Why are so many people asking about a bench player? What happened to the Jays is the issue.

Smart just killed them on offense. Took some terrible shots.

Also got killed by Butler on defense, which is supposed to be one of Smart's biggest strengths yet Butler sonned him tonight

Where did I say he had a good game? I literally said he didn't play well, but he can bounce back next game.

A lot of coaches would be fired for a game like this
 Ya, he should have told Butler Not to Hit that late game 3  Give me a break

Nope. He should have pulled Marcus and Al, given Timelord and White more minutes, and made sure our stars actually get some looks late.

And don't challenge an "and-1" play.

Foolish me thinking this was time Boston would exercise the ECF demons. Just set you up for heartbreak

Yup. If anyone wonders why I’ve never quite been able to fully believe in this team, it’s because of games like this one. Boston just can’t make things easy on themselves. Always gotta learn the hard way. So much low-IQ basketball.
