17 offensive rebounds given up.  just inexcusable.  giving up 10 is horrible but if they corral those 7 other boards, C's win

We just needed 1

  • GOT IT!!!
Hopefully the team has just as bad of a taste in their mouth as we do. And hopefully they use it to fuel them on Friday.

But, man, this one just took the wind out of my sails. I was thinking all fourth, "There's no way they can blow this lead. They've been alot better since the early season." But I knew deep down with our awful, iso offense we just were somehow going to find a way to screw this up. Just demoralizing.

The C's know we're the better club. Need to come out and eviscerate this flawed Bucks team

They aren't a good enough shooting team to do that. Bucks hit a couple of threes and then Giannis can just do his thing to keep it close. They are winning the numbers every time the game is tight. C's cannot build a lead whatsoever.

GW played 31 minutes and didn't score. If he was in there because of his defense on Giannis, it didn't work.

Outside of GW and JT, the other players shot 60% from the field and 44% from 3.

Thoughts on Hasan Whiteside for the MLE?

Gross.
Eh, he can rebound really well and protect the rim a little bit. Seems like just what we need, even if he only plays in certain matchups.
He is such a bad teammate, nobody wants Whiteside.

When Oscar Tshiebwe elects for the draft we should take him. Otherwise, just try and get TL healthy
Hmm... even if it's for barely any money? I'd take a chance and see if Ime can motivate him, but that's just me.
The MLE is what, $8+ million a season? That is way too much for Whiteside, especially as he'd be behind Al, Williams x2 and Theis. I would infinitely prefer someone like Derrick Favors for the vet min

The BUCKS took it.

I'd go as far to say the C's let them take it

What is really sad is that MIL had more points off of Giannis' missed FTs than Giannis had missed FTs.

And, honestly, why did MIL hit a million 3 pointers in the 4th? I understand that the Cs totally blew this game, but they hit everything over and over again.

They were just feeling it. Jrue Holiday absolutely crushed Smart on that 3. And Giannis...6 points from the perimeter. Can't leave him open like that no more.

And guys like Pat Connaughton and Wes Matthews, wtheck man

It is going under the radar, but this is probably never going to happen. The surgery Rob had wasn't like a real surgery; they essentially only shaved down the torn part of the meniscus. There is no reason he should be having swelling at this point in his 'recovery.' Luckily he is not paid like a superstar, but we might need to start thinking about acquiring a starting level big.

Lead after Lead tonight all blown...Simply awful, how many times did we barely get the ball past half court in time in the 4th?...Walking the ball up the court-trying to kill the clock. Ime's gotta make sure to secure that rebound--even if he had to put Tacko Fall in the game---geezzus man, how about Luke?...Timelord in street clothes???

Smart with 1 assist and 3 turnovers... White 6 assists and 1 turnover who should have the ball in their hands? Everyone from the bench was in the plus and all three combined for one turnover. Play the guys that are playing well coach!

and yet we won a tight game 4.

Need better composure with the lead.

Amazing. Brown literally fouls Smart like he thinks he’s a Buck on the game clinching play — and y’all are talking about Grant Williams.
Everyone has covered the bad play. Grant Williams playing 30 minutes is a key reason as to why the game was that close in the first place.

So a key reason the Cs lost tonight was… Grant Williams? Where exactly on the list of reasons for said loss does “Grant Williams” lie?

The majority of teams average over 10 offensive rebounds a game. 17 is a terrible effort, but 10 is not reasonable to expect now that Lopez is healthy.

I said MLE, but I was certainly thinking cheaper than $8 million. Do really like Favors tho, I agree.

Theis was having a good game and I would've played Kornet but what do I know. Coach has to coach.
