As much as the refs were bad, we had our chances and lost it. Tough loss. We need Tatum to show up for game 4
Yeah, no. This isn't a time for "well if only they played better". This was an absolute fix to prolong the series.

Agreed. Let's not soft-pedal this. Call it what it is. The league made it clear they want Milwaukee to win.
What did Milwaukee ever do to reach "favorite team" status by the league. I suppose they love Antetokumbo.

yup we always have to face a PROTECTED PLAYER BY NBA  LEBRON. GIANNIS. KOBE
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Honestly, what's the point of watching this anymore? It's either pure incompetence or rigged games.

LITERALLY NO OBJECTIVE, NON-BIASED PERSON CAN SAY THAT SMART WAS NOT SHOOTING THERE.

I would not be surprised to see them replay the final four seconds on Monday. There's just simply no justification for that. My God.

I mean what else would Smart do in that situation right?? Of course he was shooting the ball. That was a bum call.

That's the thing - there were four seconds left in the game AND WE NEEDED THREE TO TIE. Just a rigged system. I'll be so disappointed if we don't officially appeal this. Just such an awful ending and overall game by the refs. What a joke.

I agree, but has that ever happened before? A team officially appealing a playoff loss? I would love to see that.

The good news is Giannis went off, Tatum had a bad game and they almost pulled it out. I still like the C's to win the series.

Ime Udoka said the refs told him Marcus Smart was making a sweeping motion on the final shot foul: "You cant say that’s a sweep, he’s going into the shot. Poor call."

He’s an international superstar. He sells a lot of media abroad.

The guy I want to see get a ring the most is Horford, he’s such a good smart player that is running out of time.

Call me crazy, but I'm getting to the point where if it's PHI-MIL ECF, I'm rooting for PHI

Been watching the Celts for a long time and I can give you specific games/reasons, one by one, why I hate every team in the league.
There have been times thru the years that I have hated the Sixers more than anyone, more than the Lakers, but after this, I will be right with you wanting the Golden Child and his Angels knocked out of the playoffs.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Ime calling out the refs in post-game.

Seriously, for the love of God, Boston has to officially appeal this. That is not a reasonably missed call by the ref. That was right in front of him, and it literally makes no sense to make that call there.

And it literally could practically work. We're back in Milwaukee on Monday.

Blame the refs if you want. Had Tatum had an average game the C’s win by about 10. Watching him pass out of that wide open 3 late was disheartening. These are two tough teams, Bucks are without Middleton. C’s have no excuses.

That was one of the worst games of Tatum's career. On both ends of the floor.

And Giannis should have fouled out in the first half
Agree

I will say that when you have two top teams playing this kind of defense, it's really hard to officiate, but the NBA should also be able to do better. I'm thinking of when Portis elbowed Rob going for a rebound - no call of course - and then they hit Grant for a touch foul next time up court.

I don't wanna imagine Game 4 with Scott Foster, Tony Brothers or Marc Davis officiating. Can add Zach Zarba into this list too

They need to make adjustments.  Haven't seen any yet offensively

1.  Get out in transition before the Bucks D gets set and get some easier buckets
2.  C's gotta get down hill with force on picks and take 17ft jumpers. They're uncontested and it'll draw out bigs
3.  Gotta scheme to get Tatum easier shots.  Maybe more pin downs
4.  Stop switching on Giannis and stop reaching on his drives

As a side note, I had a bad feeling that the missed goaltending call earlier in the game would haunt us.  It turned out to be extremely costly for us.

We played like crap most of the game and still almost won.  C's will still win this series.

Pretending the game wasn't fixed and gaslighting fans isn't working. Everyone saw what was happening!!!

After today's job, we deserve to have them deployed on our side on Monday.
