Our bench + a bad Marcus took a playoff team to the final bell, on the road on the second night of a back to back.

Effort and pride was great. That doesn’t cancel out bad decision making down the stretch. Especially when you don’t have a dynamic offensive player on the floor, that’s when a set is most important.

Kind of annoying to see so many “choke” criticisms right now. This game was gravy for the bench unit. I’m fine with it.

Safe to say after tonight I don’t think anyone will be concerned to see the tough, fearsome, well-coached Raptors in rd 1 if it shakes out that way.

I didn't see a lot of the game but Toronto sure as heck was playing defense in the 4Q and OT and the C's couldn't do much against it.

Simply cannot get over Ime not calling a timeout there. We had the chance to put some of our shooters on the floor, but nah. Let's have Smart and Grant shoot step-back threes that aren't part of any designed play, that'll give us a chance!!

Yeah, especially given that Ime has actually been really good about calling the timeout in those scenarios. Almost reeks of a tanking move to avoid the 1/2 seeds and Brooklyn in the first round.

White just missed an open layup, for gods sake. His yips are getting straight up embarrassing. He ought to be pretty ashamed of how he's played tonight

Dude looked completely uncomfortable in the 2nd half. Scary.

These things aren't mutually exclusive. The C's bench was good but blatantly panicked at the end. White, Smart, Grant, and Theis are experienced enough that they should have better composure.

every right to be outraged.  doesn't matter who was available.  when a team has a chance to win, particularly in this kind of situation, they need to be given the best chance possible and the coaching decisions down the stretch and OT were lacking (to be kind). 

credit to the bench for even being in this but the win was there for the taking with smarter play and smarter coaching

Considering who wasn't playing tonight, the guys played a solid game, except for stupid plays by Smart, and bad coaching at the end of regulation and OT.

The Bench wasn't in at either ending. They should've been but weren't.

Marcus Smart can’t take Tatum’s role surrounded by four bench guys. He won’t be very good at it.

I would’ve liked to see them close regulation with Pritchard or Hauser out there, I will say that.
