Hilarious that James Harden witnessed back to back destruction done by the Celtics both as a Nets and a 76ers in just a week  ;D

We shot 55% from 3 and overall vs the Sixers 25% from 3 and overall. I’d be interested to see how much of the Sixers shooting that badly was caused by us our defense or the Sixers just missing shots.

This was a fun to watch game because we shot so well but I feel the last couple of wins we had where we won despite shooting below 30% were just as, if not more impressive because those were the games we had lost in the past. No doubt if we shoot 55 from 3 we will win a lot of games though but I’m just as happy that we’re learning how to win ugly and not letting poor offense affect our defense.

Just hope we don’t lose Smartacus for an extended period because thst will test our depth.

Wow, what a game.  Played well up and down the roster.  Good to see Nesmith get some run.  We are going to need him, pending some surprise signing.

I also liked that the team stayed poised.  Not too much clowning around on the bench.  Stayed business-like.  Made me feel they understood this was just one game and that there was still a lot of work to do.

One of keys last night not discussed was how well we took care of the ball. Starters collectively had only 2 turnovers. Not sure that has ever happened. Unreal.

Grant now getting defenders to honor his 3 and buy his fake and drive is another great step for the offense.  He has had some beautiful finishes or dishes off of those drives recently.  His improvement is huge.

And, as I pointed out earlier in this thread, his defense in this game, particularly against the much bigger Embiid was extraordinary. Embiid might be bigger than Grant, but he might not be stronger, and at least last night, that made a huge difference.

Grant was amazing and even got jobbed by the refs multiple times and still hung in there.

I'm not sure if I tipped my hat to Pritchard for leading the team in assists last night. The bench played great.

Agree. It was garbage time but Payton did a tremendous job running the offense in the 4th quarter. He also defended Shake Milton quite well.

Agree.  Interestingly, both of those turnovers belonged to JB who had a +32 for the game.

Probably posted elsewhere, but I found this extraordinary.

Including Tuesday's win, the Celtics have outscored their opponents by 253 points over those 12 games -- more than twice as good as the Memphis Grizzlies (124 points) over the same stretch. They've outscored their opponents by 21.1 points per game during that span, and according to Elias, that's the second-largest differential in a 12-game span within a season in NBA history (trailing only the 1970-71 Bucks).

Boston also now won three straight road games by at least 30 points, the first team in NBA history to do so.

Granted but it was nice to see him run that deep bench unit. He looked much better. I'm not expecting much from him the rest of the way but it's always good to know that every guy on the roster can play in a pinch. Everybody looks like they are playing Ime's system. It's a huge jump and shows that they are together as a team.
