I'm not all that familiar with these types of trades but - do Brad's moves seem kinda strange to anyone else?

I've never really seen players en masse get traded back to a team in the volume we've seen here.

Enes, Al, Theis ...

Is this common?

Enes was a poor defender.   The roster got retuned with cost control

In this recent chapter of the Celtics, I think they're clearly prioritizing known commodities.

Most all of Ime's staff has ties to the Northwest, Brad got Horford back, Kanter back, and Theis back (as you mentioned), Brad acquired White (a former player of Udoka's), Brad acquired Richardson (a former player of Udoka's).

I don't know if it's normal per se, or if it's good or bad. But it's definitely a strategy that is being employed.

Oh dang, that didn't hit me.

I wonder how much of the White acquisition is Udoka.
