Mods apologize if this is somewhere else, didn’t see a thread when I made it. This seems like an awful deal

I have no idea what we are doing

Doubling down on defense, while preserving flexibility for further moves in the summer.

This but my biggest issue is the picks.  Wish we didn't have to overpay but I could see the market for White being strong.

At least Bruno and Freedom got to hit their 3 pointers in the last couple of games.
They definitely boosted their trade value and gave us a bit of fun.

How do you mean? Is the presumption that Theis is easily movable in the near future?

Was told the Theis deal truly came together last minute and had hardly been discussed before that. He's expressed his desire to be back in Boston and the Celtics are excited about how he fits with Ime Udoka's scheme.

That pick swap could be devestating.  If it’s unprotected, I hate that aspect.  Way too much risk.

Can the Cs bring him back on board?

Philly should sign Kanter to replace Drummond.

Super interesting to see if Theis gets back to his old ways. The old Theis is worth that contract, and he will be super handy trade filler if he tails off again.

Theis is a very likeable dude. Agreed -- seriously hope he can get some of his old Celtics game back. Because i don't agree that a mediocre guy with two guaranteed years at $9MM per is super handy trade filler quite yet.... that's what Richardson was, now he's gone.
