And thank you Danny for not trading JB for this Diva.

Although Brooklyn Nets guard James Harden wants a trade to the Philadelphia 76ers, he has resisted making that formal request out of fear of the public backlash that would come with asking out of a second franchise in consecutive seasons, sources told ESPN. – via Adrian Wojnarowski @ ESPN

The Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, and Toronto Raptors discussed a three-team trade at length Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The framework would send Cam Reddish and Alec Burks to the Lakers, Goran Dragic and draft pick compensation to the Knicks, and Talen Horton-Tucker and Nerlens Noel to the Raptors, league sources told HoopsHype.  Kendrick Nunn was also mentioned as a potential addition to the trade talks, sources said. With New York trading away three rotation players in the proposal, one potential hangup in the trade discussion centers on the draft pick compensation for the Knicks. Toronto discussed sending a first-round pick, and the Lakers discussed sending a second-round pick to the Knicks, HoopsHype has learned. As conversations continued, the Knicks sought additional draft compensation

The Knicks just traded a 1st to get Reddish.  They’d have to get more than a different 1st and a 2nd for Burks and Noel on top of Reddish.

I can't believe the Knicks are already trying to flip Reddish.

What are people’s thoughts on Reddish?

He is certainly a polarizing prospect in my opinion. He has all the “tools” to become possibly an all star level player, but I believe he became a net negative this season. His D seemed to regress, and has tunnel vision though that’s a problem for many young players. He’s certainly had huge scoring games this season, but it’s been mostly when several Hawks players were out due to injury/Covid. I think the Hawks made the right call keeping Hunter, if they had to decide between the 2. I wouldn’t be surprised if Reddish bounces around with teams hoping he can take the leap, but maybe all he is, is an empty stats guy on bad teams. Still on 22 though, and easy to dream on realizing his potential. I’m not sure if he’s willing to put in the day to day grind becoming much better.

I was thinking the same thing.  4 hours left and nothing from anywhere.

I'd offer Romeo or Nesmith for Reddish.  Has much more upside than either of those two, and is taller and longer. I might offer both of them actually

You’d probably have to as I don’t think the Knicks consider it for just one. Neither of our guys are worth the 1st the NYK gave up. Fwiw I think I’d trade both of them for Reddish as well.
