Brown levelling up his leadership

JB seems like a smart dude, and quite humble. He's switched on when it comes to social issues, and generally seems to be quite calm and collected.

Hearing about him trying his hand at speaking up a bit more is really awesome. We need it as a team, and it's always nice to see someone grow as a person.

This coming after JB's tweet "The energy is about to shift" (https://twitter.com/FCHWPO/status/1488188490001096707) which might very well be in relation to his new merch dropping I suppose but we could also see it as related to his change in attitude. Or maybe both.

Wonder if he had a chat with JT and asked if it was alright if he stepped up into more of a leadership role. Y'know, so as to not step on anyone's toes.

Kinda hope he does take this further, because it'd be nice to have a de facto leader on this squad.
