I'd say this is the kind of game that we've been losing this year.  A decent, albeit undermanned team facing the C's when I am just starting to get the feeling that maybe, just maybe, the C's are turning the corner.  The kind of game that looks like a win on paper but then results in another disappointment.

If C's do take care of business tonight I won't be convinced that they are turning the corner, but once again they will be teasing me in that direction.  Feels like Lucy setting me up for a field goal.

The C’s have played very few, if any, undermanned teams while they weren’t undermanned themselves.

This is something that's real easy to forget.

Season started off murky as. No Brown for ages. Smart's been out heaps, JT a couple. Rob.

We ignore that because other teams are struggling just as much. But let's say, we coulda won 3 or 4 more games.

Huge difference all of a sudden.

Other teams have also missed a ton of player hours this year and are plugging the holes off the bench and keep playing strong. Miami, The Bulls, The 76ers, Cavs, Nets have all had a bunch of missing game hours and are the top teams in the East.

Other teams lacked heaps of people too.

We're just repeating stuff right? :]

Shame we don't meet them full-strength. Oh well, let's look for Gino at a minimum.

ball, rozier, bridges, plumlee is more than enough for this hornets team to run the celtics out of the gym

Having Smart and Rob Williams should give us the edge this time Pho. You’re too cynical!

the thing is I like the way this Hornets team is constructed and the way they play.

can't say the same about the Celtics

That’s fine to say, but it has no bearing on how the C’s play when they’re healthy, which they are tonight.  Yes, it would be better if our deeper reserves stepped up, but hopefully they won’t have to vs. Charlotte.
