Ownership has to make some decisions. The coach is weak - I think that's obvious. But the roster also sucks.
In a shooters league to not have enough shooters for going on 3 years is just ridiculous.

They've got enough flexiblity to make some changes but whether they make them or not is another question. Also it's obvoius that Ime isn't big on player development so is he really the guy you want to move forward with?

Of course you just hired him.  Interesting days ahead for this team - even though the games themselves are just painful to sit through.

What the hell happened to Brown?

Ime stuck him in the corner and let Smart and Schroder shoot at will.

Precisely.  Brown didn't exactly play well in the 2nd half, but there's not much you can do when your coach just lets Tatum iso and have a no-pass or 1-pass offense (the 1 pass often to Smart) prior to a shot.  Can't expect Brown - or anyone, really - to do much with that.

I hope Brad feels personally victimized with as much as Fournier has gone off on us over these three games. He's exactly what we need as a third scorer.
The game now is about shooting. Problem is the people who've run the Celtics the past several years haven't figured that out yet.
Agreed. It is amazing how relatively important shooting has become relative to other skills over these last few years.

Celtics have also devalued ball-handling and passing along with shooting. They rank in the bottom third league wide in all 3 areas. Hard to have a good offensive team with these circumstances.

What the hell happened to Brown?
Dude thinks he can be lazy in every other facet of the game now that he's a really good scorer.

That didn't seem to be what happened when I was watching.  I saw JB pretty much stuck in the corner and not utilized.
His def didn't seem bad.  He had 7 rebounds, was guarding guys a lot bigger than him a lot.

Froze again in the offense because the coach is so incompetent on running plays

Brown never touched the ball.

Brad better do something  before JT asks out. He isn’t the problem guys. He just needs better players around him.

This is legit becoming a concern. Because not only are we bad now, but we're not even playing up to the minimal expectations that there were for us, leading to a terrible playing environment.

And Jaylen Brown disappears in crunch time. Gets his stats and points but disappears when it matters. Use the 50 point game as a highlight to make a trade. Praying for Brown for Beal. Yes Beal is on expiring but it clears our books if the new tandem doesn’t work.

We are going to lose Tatum…

WHY CAN'T WE RUN A BROWN/ TATUM PICK AND ROLL? Even once????

That's why this team's #1 need right now is a point guard. Smart isn't it.

Aight, I'ma shut up and applaud Fournier.

Good game feller.

I gotta say, I do like seeing him do well. He would've been good for us this year. I wish we would've signed him.

I also wish his Knicks career would go better for him than it has so far. Too inconsistent. Too many hands to feed I reckon. Not getting enough touches consistently enough. Ball-happy guards (Rose, Quickley, Kemba), RJ Barrett, Randle and then Fournier. Fournier should be prioritized more given his high level shooting ability solid handles solid passing.

He's a lazy off ball player, that's why. Can't wait for the next coach to come in, and Brown does literally the same garbage he does right now. Of course it wont't be his fault to most people; they'll just blame the coach/Tatum/Smart/whoever else.

Yeah if we hate this think how much the players are hating it.

I expect him to come out in the postgame with a quote similar to Smart's famous quote that you can't do much to help when you're stuck in the corner without the ball.
